This combination tablet provides essential nutrients for red blood cell formation, anemia management, and overall health support, particularly in pregnancy, chronic illness, or nutritional deficiencies. Ferrous Ascorbate is a stabilized form of iron combined with ascorbic acid (vitamin C), enhancing iron absorption and bioavailability while minimizing gastrointestinal side effects often seen with traditional iron salts. Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) is crucial for DNA synthesis, cell division, and proper development of the fetal neural tube during pregnancy. It also helps prevent megaloblastic anemia. Methylcobalamin is the active form of Vitamin B12, essential for nerve function, red blood cell production, and DNA synthesis. It is more bioavailable and effective than cyanocobalamin.   Dosage: As directed by the physician. Precautions: Use with caution in patients with iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis). Avoid concomitant intake with calcium-rich foods or antacids, which may reduce iron absorption. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
